Tvorcha Studio Image License Agreement

1. Grant of License:

* The Royalty-Free license grants you unlimited usage of the purchased images without any time limitations.
* The license allows for global usage of the images, enabling you to use them worldwide.
* You are permitted to edit and modify the images to suit your creative needs.
* Commercial use of the images is authorized under this license.

2. Restrictions:

* Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing the images in their original or modified form is strictly prohibited.

Explanation of resale:
It is allowed for designers, printers, webmasters, etc. to buy images for their clients, but for one client. If an image you purchased for one client becomes consented to another client, then this image must be purchased as a new client.
If a printer prints for one customer, regardless of the print run, you buy the image. For another customer, you buy the image.
From the above, it is clear that you do not have the right to resell images you have already purchased for previous clients.

Also, no one has the right to resell images on photo stocks, their websites, auctions, etc.

* Usage of the images in logos or trademarks is not allowed.
* Falsely representing the images as your own or claiming authorship is expressly prohibited.
* The use of characters depicted in the images in animations, mobile or computer games, and NFTs is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property:

* All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, in the images remain the property of Tvorcha Studio and its contributors.
* This license does not transfer ownership of the images to you; it grants only the specified usage rights.

4. Liability:

* Tvorcha Studio is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or inability to use the images.
* You are solely responsible for ensuring that the use of the images complies with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Termination:

* Tvorcha Studio reserves the right to terminate this license if you breach any of its terms. In the event of termination, you must cease using the images immediately.

6. Miscellaneous:

* This license is the entire agreement between you and Tvorcha Studio and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements.
* Tvorcha Studio may update the terms of this license, and such updates will be effective upon posting on the website.
